Do you keep a record of my address?

I have to keep a record of your address in case there are any problems, however, as soon as you’ve received your order your address will be deleted. And when next you wanna place another order, you can then provide your delivery address again. But for clients who register and order directly from our website, their info will not be deleted. This makes it easy for them to reorder without having to fill all those info over and over again.

Which shipping company do you use?/Can you provide me with me tracking number?

–Tracking numbers are only given out after the estimated shipping time and when the product has already been registered for shipping. So be patient while we do the packaging, registration and shipping. –However, we use UPS, EMS, FEDEX and DHL for shipping.

Why was my order canceled?

–If you provide us with your address in an incorrect format your order will be automatically canceled. –Please double check the required address format for your country and or State, and then resubmit your order.

I ordered multiple products; can they be shipped together?

–We try to ship all products from multiple orders together in one parcel but we cannot guarantee this especially for international shipments. –All international orders outside China take 5-14 days delivery period.

Yes! All our packages are carefully prepared to ensure there are no problems. Our products are double vacuum-packed and completely encased in a Mylar barrier ensuring the utmost stealth.
